In 1983, Guangzhou Liwan Zenxin Plastic and Hardware Store was registered and founded.

In 1995, it set up Guangzhou Panyu Zenxin Plastic Co., Ltd.
In 1995, it founded Guangzhou Zhenzhi Trade Co., Ltd.
In 1996, it invested to build “Qiaochun Villa”, the holiday village for employees in Huanghua Lake in Fogang County.
In 1996, it purchased office building in Liwan District, Guangzhou City, and expanded business.
In 1997, it established Guangzhou Zenxin Industry Co., Ltd.
In 1997, it invested in Huanghua Lake in Fogang County to develop fishery and fruit industry.
In 1999, it merged Good One Hong Kong Co., Ltd and Guangzhou Panyu Good One Industry Co., Ltd.
In 2001, it finished its Comprehensive Building in Lanke Town, Panyu District.
In 2001, it purchased 17mu land in Lanke Town to build workshops.
In 2002, it founded branched in Shenzhen, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Changsha, Taiyuan, Zhengzhou and Nanjing.
In 2003, it invested in Xinfeng County, Jiangxi Province to develop fruit industry.
It purchased more than 70mu land in Conghua City, Guangdong Province to build chemical project.
